ABOUT ME
My story
I started in the world of construction at the age of 14 with a company called Triple Earth LLC. I began doing mostly outdoor drainage, including french drains and catch basins. Then I progressively branched out into different forms of landscaping and water remediation. Eventually, I found what I believed to be my true calling, Masonry and hardscape. After 5 years with Triple Earth, I decided it was time to venture into the world of journeymanship. My company was started in August of 2020. I’ve been proud to call Charlotte my home, and to help its people turn their dreams into a reality!

LOG CABIN FRENCH DRAIN
This simple, yet beautiful French drain was a project that I ensured to leave a special mark on, as it was a gift for my beloved grandmother. The French drain was encased in a geotextile fabric, and covered with a stunning, decorative white gravel
ALLEGHENY WALKWAY
A narrow, tapered, single person walk laid with a beautiful Allegheny paver. Restrained with Oldcastle edging.
OLD TAVERN PATIO
This patio is special to me, as it was one I completed at the very beginning of my masonry career. This patio gave me an opportunity to hone my skills to a fine degree. I still find myself lucky to have had the help of my uncle, friend and mentor, Wesley Tindall.
PAVER REPAIR.
Just one example of the many types of paver repair my company offers, this specific job included the removal, leveling of subbase, and reinstallation of about 10 Sq. Ft of pavers
FRONT STOOP REMODEL
This is one of my favorite projects I have worked on! The remodeling of a failed concrete slab; first disassembled, and then replaced with these beautiful interlocking pave-stones from none other than Techo-bloc!
TECHO-BLOC WALKWAY
Who doesn’t love curves?? This is a walkway that I installed to match a remodeled front stoop. Complete with a modified basketweave pattern, and a sub-grade French drain system to capture all of the water that the stoop/ walkway could possibly encounter!
OLDCASTLE RETAINING WALL
One of my most recent projects, this simple wall took all of 2 1/2 hours to construct! This wall is a true testament to the fact that you don’t need the most high-end materials to achieve a high-end look!
CHANNEL GRATE/ FRENCH DRAIN COMBO
A smaller job than what I usually do. However, this job had its own host of problems to be solved!
ARNETTE PATIO
This patio installation was a monumental success for my company, but it was not without its obstacles. My customer was on a very rigid timeframe to have this completed, as she was planning to host a 4th of July get-together, which this patio was going to be the centerpiece of. After many days and late nights of excavation, and careful hand-setting of these hefty stones, this massive 420 sq ft. Patio was complete! This will go down as one of my most esteemed pieces, and will always hold a special place in my heart.
SLEDGE PATIO
My client for this particular project was Interested in something different. Done almost entirely with unilock hollandstones in a herringbone pattern, and featuring a 100mm techo-bloc linear border, this patio is both minimalistic and easy on the eyes at the same time
WILLIAMS WALKWAY
Reminiscent of the roads and pathways of Europe, this walkway was done using a natural rumbled cobblestone. I loved working on this project and getting to know the wonderful homeowners. It’s always a pleasure getting to build things for such great people!
WYSONG PATIO
Simple yet refined! I threw a few little spices into this one for sure. The homeowners originally had the idea of just a simple patio, but, as the project developed, I started to see more potential to make this patio really stand out. With the linear Unilock border with mitre corners, the use of 90 degree angles to capture the attention of its onlooker, and the river pebble outline, this turned out to be a stunning patio that the homeowners couldn’t be more happy with!
PATRICK PATIO
This patio extension was done in Greensboro, NC. Using Belgard lafitt grana slabs in bluestone. My favorite thing about this patio is the incredible contrast of the dark slabs against the fair tone of the concrete.
BARNES’ SIDEWALK
Something fun and unique! This sidewalk was done on the model home of a neighborhood in north Charlotte using Cambridge cobble pavers by belgard.
TECHO-BLOC PATIO & STOOP
This patio, stoop combo takes an interesting twist on modern and bohemian style. I love when customers give me the reins on their projects because I always go outside of the box, and leave them with something they never even knew they wanted!
